Certain data processing procedures are only possible with your explicit consent. You can at any time revoke a consent that you have already granted. To do this, it suffices to send us an informal message by e-mail. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the time of your revocation shall thereby remain unaffected.

The rights of access, rectification, blocking and erasure
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, on request you have the right to at any time receive information concerning your stored personal data, the source of the data, its recipients and the purpose of the data processing, free of charge, and also, should the situation arise, the right to the rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding these rights, or if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data, via the contact options listed in the company details on this website.

Data submitted via the contact form, including your contact details, will be stored to enable us to process your request or to be available to answer any follow-up questions. This data will not be disclosed without your consent.
The processing of the data entered into the contact form is done solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR). You can at any time revoke a consent that you have already granted. In order to revoke your consent, it suffices to send us an informal message by e-mail. The lawfulness of the data processing procedures carried out up to the time of revocation shall thereby remain unaffected.
Data submitted via the contact form will remain stored at our company until you request us to erase it, revoke your consent to its storage or until there is no longer any need to retain it. Mandatory statutory provisions – especially retention periods – will thereby remain unaffected.
Some cookies are what are called “session cookies”. Such cookies are automatically deleted after the end of your browser session. Conversely, other cookies remain on your device until you delete them yourself. Such cookies help us to recognise you on your next visit to our website.
With a modern web browser, you can monitor, restrict or prevent the placement of cookies. Many web browsers can be configured in such a way that cookies are automatically deleted when the programme is closed. The disabling of cookies may result in the limited functionality of our website.
The placement of cookies necessary for carrying out electronic communication processes or providing certain functions that you would wish to have (for example, the shopping cart function), takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in storing cookies in order to ensure the technically flawless, smooth provision of our services. Insofar as other cookies are placed (e.g. for analytical functions), they will be explained separately in this Data Protection Declaration.
Our website uses functions provided by the web analysis service Google Analytics. The web analysis service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses “cookies”. These are small text files that your web browser stores on your device and that enable the analysis of the usage of the website. Data generated by cookies on your use of our website is transmitted to a Google server and stored there. As a rule, the server is located in the USA.
The placement of Google Analytics cookies takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise our website and, if applicable, also our advertising.
We use Google Analytics in conjunction with the IP anonymisation feature. This ensures that Google shortens your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, prior to transmitting it to the United States. In exceptional cases, Google may transmit the full IP address to a server in the United States and shortens it there. Google will use this data on our behalf in order to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide us with further services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by Google Analytics will not be combined with other data by Google.
You can prevent the placement of cookies by your web browser. However, if you do so, your use of some functions of our website may be restricted as a result. You can likewise prevent the collection of data relating to your use of the website, including your IP address, as well as any subsequent processing by Google. You can do this by downloading and installing the browser plug-in accessible via the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
Objecting to data collection
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics through clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will then be placed that prevents your data from being collected on future visits to our website: Disable Google Analytics.
In order to fully comply with legal data protection provisions, we have entered into a contract processing agreement with Google.
Demographics in Google Analytics
Our website uses the Google Analytics’ “Demographics” function. This enables reports to be generated containing statements on the age, gender and interests of visitors to the website. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and also visitor data from third-party providers. It is not possible to assign the data to a specific person. You can disable this feature at any time through the ad settings in your Google account or by generally prohibiting the collection of your data by Google Analytics, as explained in the section on “Objecting to data collection”.
Our website uses Google AdSense. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google AdSense serves to integrate advertisements and it places cookies. Cookies are small text files that your web browser stores on your device in order to analyse your use of the website. In addition, Google AdSense uses web beacons. Web beacons are invisible graphics that allow the analysis of visitor traffic on our website.
Data generated by cookies and web beacons is transmitted to Google servers and stored there. These servers are located in the USA. Google may pass this data on to contractual partners. However, Google will not combine your IP address with other stored data of yours.
The storage of AdSense cookies takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. As the website operator, we have a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise our website and our advertising.
Using a modern web browser, you can monitor, restrict and prevent the placement of cookies. The disabling of cookies may result in the limited functionality of our website. By using our website, you give your consent to the processing of data concerning you by Google in the manner described above and for the aforementioned purpose.
Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking
Our website uses Google AdWords. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
AdWords is an online advertising programme. Within the framework of the online advertising programme, we work with conversion tracking. After you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie is placed for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that your web browser stores on your device. Google AdWords cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personally identifying users. The cookie enables both Google and us to recognise that you clicked on an advertisement and were redirected to our site.
Each Google AdWords advertiser receives a different cookie. These cookies are not traceable via websites of AdWords advertisers. Conversion cookies are used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who use conversion tracking. Adwords advertisers find out how many people have clicked on their advertisement and have been redirected to pages with conversion tracking tags. However, AdWords advertisers do not receive any data that allows them to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in this tracking process, you can dissent to its use. To prevent the tracking, you must disable the conversion cookie via the user configurations of your browser. This ensures that you will not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
The storage of “conversion cookies” takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. As the website operator, we have a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise our website and advertising.
Using a modern web browser, you can monitor, restrict or prevent the placement of cookies. The disabling of cookies may result in the limited functionality of our website.
